Marketing Usage:
By participating, you consent to the use of your and/or your child’s AI-generated images for promotional and marketing activities by Nataraj Pencils, including but not limited to social media, digital platforms, and other advertising mediums.
AI-Generated Images:
The images created as part of this campaign are AI-generated and may exhibit slight discrepancies or variations from the original photograph. Participants acknowledge and accept this as a feature of the tool.
No Harmful Intent:
The campaign is designed to celebrate Republic Day in a creative and engaging manner. Nataraj Pencils affirms that no content is intended to offend or hurt the sentiments of any individual, community, or group.
Legal Liability:
Nataraj Pencils and its affiliates shall not be held legally liable for any discrepancies, errors, or issues arising from participation in this campaign, including the AI-generated images or the misuse of submitted photographs by third parties.
Eligibility:
Participation in the campaign is open to individuals of all ages, provided that children under 18 participate with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Submission Guidelines:
Participants must ensure that the uploaded selfies are clear, front-facing, and free of obstructions for accurate AI processing.
Prize Draw:
Winners of the lucky draw will be selected randomly and announced on 26th January. Prizes include Amazon vouchers and Nataraj hampers. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding.
Data Privacy:
Personal data submitted during the campaign, including photographs, will be handled in accordance with Nataraj Pencils’ privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Changes to Terms:
Nataraj Pencils reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
